About Us

Michael Palmisano and Alissa Jackson

Michael comes from a small family with one older brother. He accepted Jesus when he was 12, but it wasn't until he was 30 that he realized that he was still chasing after worldly things. Once he realized that God did have a plan for him and that it was so much better, he truly started seeking after God. His goal is to bring God glory and to shine a light for people to know they still have hope.

2 Corinthians 5:13 If it seems we are crazy, it is to bring glory to God. And if we are in our right minds, it is for your benefit.

Alissa is the second of five kids in her family, with two sisters and two brothers. She grew up in the church and was baptized at age four and again at age twenty. She chose to be rebaptized after learning what it truly meant to love and be loved by God on the mountaintops and in the valleys. Her goal is to make a difference in the lives of others and for God's eternal kingdom.

Isaiah 43:1 But now, this is what the Lord says, He who created you, O Jacob, He who formed you, O Israel; "Fear not for I have redeemed you. I have summoned you by name. You are mine."

Michael and Alissa first went into the mission field in 2022 on a short term mission trip in the Dominican Republic. Since then, their dream has been to go out to declare the name of Jesus in all nations. In the meantime, God's call on their lives to spread the gospel brought them to lead bible studies in each of their respective houses. Their friendship, developed hiking the Colorado foothills and mountains matured into a wonderful relationship as they continued to draw closer to Jesus and each other. On October 27th they were married at their church home in Colorado. Now they have gone back to the Dominican Republic for the first step in the journey God is leading them on.

Our Beliefs

We believe in the Holy Trinity, that God is three in one: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is the only God, who created heaven and earth.

We believe in the Bible, that all of it is divinely inspired. The truth is not subjective, but eternal and unchanging just like God himself.

We know that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins and was raised to life on the third day. He is the only way to salvation. It is not about being good enough, but about accepting the sacrifice of Jesus, who died in our place.

We know that having the hope of the world, Jesus, means He has opened the grave so that all who believe in him will rise again. Jesus breathes life into dry bones. He has given us His Spirit, living inside us, so we will live again even after death.

We believe in the Great Commission. The most important thing we can do with our lives is tell others about what Jesus has done for us, making disciples and baptizing them in the name of the Trinity. We are therefore sent to speak life to dry bones, the spiritually dead, those whose hope is gone and pass on the life-giving breath of the Spirit of God.
